You could ask Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny. They’ve been known to give stuff away for free.

I don’t think there is a free edition of Adobe PhotoShop, but if you are a student in a photography class, you may purchase the Student Edition, for less.

Don’t think you’ll find a free edition on the Internet – unless its been pirated. This is commercial software and there are no free versions. What about using a freware alternative like The Gimp or Dogwaffle?
Another possibility is the relatively new Gimpshop – this is a version of Gimp with a close a Photoshop ‘feel’ as design laws will allow. It’s not perfect but its free and legal.

Go to adobe.com, where you can download a free 30 day trial version of Photoshop CS2 and many other Adobe products. You can only do this one time so take advantage of it.
