Would appreciate references to free photo-retouching.
If you could please send an e-mail address of someone we could send pictures to for retouching, and then have them finished and sent back (for no cost), please tell me?

if you have hard drive space and are able to download software,
suggest trying gimp free, and with that, you can open pictures ,
use clone stamp and blur tools to retouch image,
GIMP 2.2 and GTK+ 2.4 file,
