how to make a flash in adobe cs2

for all the non german speaking people, what you do is make a black and white gradient, apply the rendering filter difference clouds, press ctrl+i to make it negative, ctrl+l to open that window at 0:51and do what I does. if you want to change the color change the channel at the top of the window
